As I am sure you are aware there is a moving trend towards obesity in our nation and particularly in children. Research shows that children that are overweight are generally less active than their normal weight peers. 

I commonly train children that have general fitness goals, postural issues and  low back pain.

For those of you that are lucky enough to have children that enjoy being active I can provide training that will be specific to their goals.

I am a qualified Children’s Fitness Specialist with the American Fitness Professionals Association.

I will provide your child with an exercise programme that will improve their self-esteem and will be:

Educational – giving advice in nutrition and making healthy lifestyle choices, enabling them to be independent in managing their own fitness.

Successful – so that your child can clearly define their progress, be it weight loss, strength, improving body shape or sports specific.

Safe – children of differing ages and abilities have different needs and certain types of exercises may be harmful ie. strength training can hinder or stop bone growth in the pre-teen.
